As an interpretation on policy concerning any executive position, the following decision was made and voted on by the executive committee. Membership for the current year is from time of registration to August 31, 2009. Based on Marystown Minor Hockey Association constitution and policy, in order to serve on the executive and have voting privileges, you must have a child registered in Marystown Minor Hockey Association within the current year, ending August 31, 2009. Any executive member who was elected to the 2009-2010 committee and for some reason does not register a child then this individual must vacate their position immediately. |

There will be a meeting on June 23, 7:00 pm in the warm room to discuss minor hockey fee structure for the upcoming hockey season. MMHA intends to start the new hockey season on Oct. 1 and run one week later after Easter. In addition to this we will be taking nominations and holding an election to fill the positon of vice president. |

Marystown Minor Hockey Association will be running controlled games (coach supervised) during the week of April 20-24. These games will be held during regular scheduled house league times. |
